In addition to our BHQ quenchers, we also offer dabcyl and T-Dabsyl, non-fluorescing quenchers that absorb between 400 to 525 nm, with maximum quenching at approximately 474 nm. These reagents may be used as quenchers for fluorophore groups such as fluorescein, TAMRA and JOE.
Dabsyl Amidites
A nonfluorescing amidite used for 5’ labeling of an oligo.

Dabcyl Columns & CPGs
These columns and CPGs introduce nonfluorescing label used frequently for molecular beacons or fluorescent energy transfer (FRET) probes.
