Standard RNA Synthesis Reagents

Biosearch offers synthesis columns and controlled pore glass (CPG) for RNA synthesis. All CPG for RNA synthesis has a standard 3’ succinate linkage and is offered in either 500 Å or 1000 Å glass pore sizes. Standard synthesis columns packed with the different RNA synthesis CPGs, are available and are compatible with most automated synthesizers.

Adenosine Columns and CPGs
These supports are offered with 2’-Methyl-A(Bz)-Suc-CPG, (-benzoyl) or 5’ DMT–A(PAC)-Suc-CPG, (-phenoxyacetyl) groups.

Cytidine Columns and CPGs
These supports are offered with 2’-Methyl-C(Bz)-Suc-CPG and , 5’-DMT-C(Bz)-Suc CPG, (-benzoyl) or 5’ DMT–C(Ac)-Suc-CPG, (-acetyl) groups.

Guanosine Columns and CPGs
These supports are offered with 2’-Methyl-G(iBu)-Suc-CPG, (-isobutryl), 5’-DMT-G(dmf), (-dimethylformamadine), or 5’ DMT–G(PAC)-Suc-CPG, (-phenoxyacetyl) groups.

Uridine Columns and CPGs
This support is offered as 2’-Methyl-U-Suc-CPG or 5’-DMT-U-Suc-CPG.
